VromptAI provides AI-powered video and audio analysis, prompt generation, and related creative tools. Features may change, improve, or be discontinued over time.
2. User Responsibilities & Prohibited Uses

- • Upload, generate, or share illegal, violent, sexually explicit, abusive, or exploitative content
- • Promote or facilitate criminal activities, terrorism, or organized harm
- • Harass, threaten, or target individuals or groups based on religion, gender, ethnicity, or identity
- • Use the platform for fraudulent, deceptive, or malicious purposes
3. Content Ownership & Results
Content Ownership
Users retain ownership of content they upload. By submitting content to VromptAI, you grant VromptAI a limited license necessary to process and analyze that content.
Generated Results
AI-generated outputs are provided for informational and creative purposes. Users are responsible for reviewing generated content before use. VromptAI does not guarantee complete accuracy of generated results.
4. Subscription & Billing
Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. Users may cancel at any time through account settings. Refund policies may vary depending on applicable laws and subscription terms.
5. Service Availability
While we strive for continuous availability, VromptAI does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, and technical issues may affect service availability.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VromptAI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the platform.
7. Affiliate Program Terms
gavel Coupon Poaching & Brand Bidding
Affiliates are strictly prohibited from bidding on trademarked terms (e.g., "VromptAI", "VromptAI Coupon", "VromptAI Promo") on Google Ads or any other search network. Violations will result in immediate termination and voided commissions.
block Self-Referrals & Fraud
Self-referrals are prohibited. Users may not refer themselves, their own businesses, or household members. We utilize advanced tracking of IP addresses, cookies, and payment info. Fraudulent signups will be blocked and commissions voided.
account_balance Payment & Clawback Policy (NET-30)
All affiliate payouts are subject to a NET-30 payment delay. If a referred customer requests a refund or issues a chargeback within 30 days of their purchase, the pending commission is canceled. If a chargeback occurs after a commission has been paid out, VromptAI reserves the right to deduct ("clawback") that amount from the affiliate's future payouts.
8. Termination & Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. We may modify these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
