We believe refunds should be fair for both users and the platform. If you purchased a subscription by mistake or never used the service, we'll review your request and do our best to help.
However, once AI processing resources have been consumed, those costs cannot be recovered.

- • The request is made after the refund window.
- • A subscription renewal occurs because cancellation was not completed before the renewal date.

If you experience a technical problem that prevents VromptAI from functioning correctly, please contact support first. If our team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe, we may offer:
