At VromptAI, we strive to provide a reliable and transparent experience for every creator. Because our platform delivers digital services and AI-powered analysis instantly, refunds are handled differently than physical products.

We believe refunds should be fair for both users and the platform. If you purchased a subscription by mistake or never used the service, we'll review your request and do our best to help.

However, once AI processing resources have been consumed, those costs cannot be recovered.

When You May Qualify for a Refund

  • Your request is submitted within 7 days of purchase.
  • No credits have been used.
  • No video analyses have been generated.
  • Premium features have not been accessed.
  • The account has not been actively used.

Situations Where Refunds Are Typically Not Available

Refunds are generally not provided when:

  • Credits have been consumed.
  • Video analysis has been performed.
  • Prompt generation has been completed.
  • Subscription benefits have already been used.
  • The request is made after the refund window.
  • A subscription renewal occurs because cancellation was not completed before the renewal date.

Technical Issues

If you experience a technical problem that prevents VromptAI from functioning correctly, please contact support first. If our team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe, we may offer:

  • Account credits
  • Service extensions
  • A partial refund
  • A full refund in exceptional circumstances

How to Request a Refund

  • Purchase information
  • A brief explanation of the issue

Chargebacks

Before contacting your bank or payment provider, please contact us directly.
