1. Description of Service

VromptAI provides AI-powered video and audio analysis, prompt generation, and related creative tools. Features may change, improve, or be discontinued over time.

2. User Responsibilities & Prohibited Uses

  • • Abuse or overload platform resources
  • • Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • • Interfere with platform operations or security
  • • Upload, generate, or share illegal, violent, sexually explicit, abusive, or exploitative content
  • • Promote or facilitate criminal activities, terrorism, or organized harm
  • • Harass, threaten, or target individuals or groups based on religion, gender, ethnicity, or identity
  • • Use the platform for fraudulent, deceptive, or malicious purposes

3. Content Ownership & Results

Content Ownership

Users retain ownership of content they upload. By submitting content to VromptAI, you grant VromptAI a limited license necessary to process and analyze that content.

Generated Results

AI-generated outputs are provided for informational and creative purposes. Users are responsible for reviewing generated content before use.

4. Subscription & Billing

Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. Users may cancel at any time through account settings.

5. Service Availability

While we strive for continuous availability, VromptAI does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, and technical issues may affect service.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VromptAI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the platform.

7. Affiliate Program Terms

No bidding on trademarked terms (e.g. "VromptAI Coupon") in PPC ads. Violators will be banned.

block Self-Referrals & Fraud

Self-referrals are prohibited. We use advanced tracking for IPs, cookies, and payment info. Fraudulent signups will be blocked and commissions voided.

account_balance Payment & Clawback (NET-30)

Payouts have a NET-30 delay. Refunds or chargebacks within 30 days void the commission. Chargebacks after payout will be deducted ("clawed back") from future payouts.

8. Termination & Changes

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. We may modify these Terms periodically. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
